We are a veterinary practice with 3 veterinary surgeons specialising in exotics, where 40% of our case load is birds. I am the co-editor of the soon to be published "BSAVA Manual of Poultry Medicine". This covers waterfowl as well as gallinaceous birds and I have written or co-written 4 of the chapters. A very important part of our team are the specialist veterinary nurses we work with. We are appropriately equipped for dealing with waterfowl.
